Carry out formulation trials according to each designed approach. Evaluate physical and chemical parameters using specialized analytical instruments. Record deviations, undesired interactions, and practical handling characteristics.

Analyze experimental results to determine the influence of each factor and the interactions between variables. Adjust the formulation to achieve optimization according to the predefined technical objectives. Verify stability and repeatability before finalizing the formulation version.

Step 4

Deliver a complete technical documentation package, including component ratios, processing sequence, equipment requirements, critical control points, and operating guidelines. When necessary, provide remote or on‑site technical support during the customer’s laboratory trials.
